Chef Chiko represents Bermuda at The Charleston Wine & Food festival in South Carolina March 8th

Chef Chiko had an amazing time representing Bermuda at The Charleston Wine & Food Festival in South Carolina this past Sunday. He prepared over 300 of his dishes which were, Mini hash brown crusted vegetable quiche with baby shrimp scampi, applewood smoked bacon and roasted bell peppers seasoned with Chiko's Smokey Rub's. Attended a few Chef events and networked with many Chef's from all over. It was a great experience :)
